Developing your social enterprise business plan:
You have some ideas for a social enterprise but now what?  Marty and Kaye will walk you through the steps required to develop the feasibility and document the business plan for a social enterprise. You will have a chance to find out what and how to conduct research to demonstrate the feasibility for your enterprise.  We will identify what needs to be included in the business plan and how to go about developing this important document. The business plan document is the key to securing funding and it also becomes the road map that will guide your organization in the implementation of the enterprise.
